Bonefish Grill

We went to Bonefish Grill at Jax Beach a few nights ago for the first time. It was a Wednesday at 7:30 and there was a 30 minute wait! We took our buzzer and went outside. The wait was more like 10 minutes, so we were already happy about that. Once we were seated, the waiter came and took our drink order. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very helpful with suggestions. I have included pictures below, but the restaurant was very dark so they didn't come out as good as I would have liked.

I got the Red Sangria, which had Pomegranate, Mango, and Oceanspray Cranberry Juice. Very tasty and refreshing.

We ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp for our appetizer. The shrimp were large and the sauce was spicy, yet sweet. This was a great way to start our meal.

For entrees, my husband got the Kobe Beef Burger (add bacon) with chips on the side. This burger was very tender, juicy, and flavorful. He has never had one before, but he's sure this won't be the last!

I got the Imperial Longfin. This was pan-seared, baked and stuffed with shrimp, scallops, crab meat and lemon caper butter. The seasonal vegetable was succotash (corn kernels, edamame, and peppers) and I got the Potato Au Gratin for my side item. The plating was a little underwhelming, but the taste made up for it! This was one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. Yes, it was one of the more pricier items on the menu, but it was well worth it!

Overall, we were very impressed by Bonefish Grill. I would highly recommend it to anyone! Everything was expertly prepared and delicious! If you have been there, please let me know about it in the comments.
