BurgerFi

I'm always looking for good burgers. So when I heard that BurgerFi was opening in the Town Center I was eager to try it. They are located right next to Black Finn in a stand alone building. The decor was very modern and sleek and the concept is fast casual.

This was our spread!

I got the Breakfast All Day Burger, which is Natural Angus burger, American cheese, hickory bacon drizzled with maple syrup, fried egg, hash browns, grilled diced onions, and ketchup (mine was sans onions and ketchup). I really really really liked this burger! It was huge and very reasonably priced. I loved the flavor combination and it was different than anything I have had elsewhere.

My husband got the Brisket Burger, which is (a double) natural 28 day dry aged ground brisket, Swiss cheese, blue cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and BurgerFi® sauce. I took a bite and it was very juicy and tasty. The brisket was very good, but I think my burger was better!

We also got the Cry & Fries, which is onion rings and fries...aka the best of both worlds! We got our fries topped with Parmesan Cheese & Herbs and aioli. Really though, we didn't think the aiolo did anything for the fries. I would have much rather have had a side of ranch to dip them in. Still, they were good. The onion rings were my favorite though. They were very thick and easy to bite through.

I wasn't expecting to have dessert after all of that...until I saw this

So you know what we did....

OMG that custard was AMAZING!!!

Verdict - Loved it!
BurgerFi is a great addition to the Town Center. The prices were reasonable and the food was great! They also have really cool food combinations, like the 1/2 & 1/2 burger. It is a Angus burger and a quinoa burger. Sounds really interesting!
